Checking e-mail can cause stress
Canadian scientists have come to the conclusion that limiting yourself checking e-mail helps to reduce stress. If you reduce the number of views its almost up to 3 times a day, so you can influence the health of their psyche.

Earlier, similar research was done by specialists from Germany, they proved that checking email at home destroys health. People who abuse it, felt tired, felt anxiety, complained of insomnia, headaches and stomach problems. Then, German scientists have recommended to reduce, if possible, checking e-mail on weekends in order not to aggravate health problems.

For his one-week experiment canadian researchers invited 124 of people of different professions. Some of them knew that it is necessary to reduce checking his mail up to 3 times a day, the others did it before. During the experiment all participants were tested for detection of the level of stress.

As a result, it was found that less stress felt by those people who rarely checked my e-mail. Experts advise organizations to avoid stressful situations, to encourage their employees to check email on the parts, and not every time you receive a new message.
